Collective Agreement Signed/労働協約締結

We have been in discussions with OIST since the summer of 2020 and signed Collective Agreement on the Basic Labor Relation Matters (bargaining in Dec 2020). This agreement will be the basis for a constructive, mutually trusting, and collaborative relationship between OIST and OFSA.

2020年夏からOISTと話し合いを重ね、2020年12月の団体交渉で労使関係基本事項に関する労働協約を締結しました。今後OISTとOFSAが建設的で相互信頼関係、協働関係を築く基礎となる協約です。
