OFSA Calls for Zero Tolerance for Harassment, Bullying, and Intimidation

Since its inception, OFSA has received a steady stream of complaints from OIST researchers and administrative staff members who are being harassed and systematically intimidated by their supervisors and by others who are abusing their power and authority. OFSA is exploring ways to collaborate with other university labor unions to tackle power harassment and bullying at OIST and is planning to send its members for training in harassment prevention.
